The inlet bolts to any of Spiroflow’s bag discharging equipment, and the conveyor is supported by the motor at the end of the spiral.

The SMART-4 system from Spiroflow Systems was originally designed to automate the refilling of hot melt adhesives to hot melt tanks, but it can be used for most dry products. It's portable and can handle small format applications, delivering materials on demand to multiple locations.
The system includes a portable hopper and vacuum lances that can refill tanks up to 20 meters (60 feet) away. For larger operations, the SMART-Bulk system can feed materials to more than eight locations from a single bulk bag discharger, reaching distances of over 60 meters (200 feet).
The SMART-4 works by using level probes to monitor material levels in receiver vessels. When the level drops, it conveys a set amount of material via venturi transfer lines. An alarm alerts the operator if the material level in the SMART-4 gets low.
The system can transfer adhesives at a rate of up to 180 kg/hour (400 lbs) and has a hopper capacity of about 54 kg of adhesive. Overall, the SMART-4 and SMART-Bulk systems are designed to streamline the process of refilling hot melt adhesives, making them efficient solutions for both small and large-scale operations.
