Kamengo Technology has appointed Process Impact Ltd as its exclusive representative for the UK and Ireland.
The partnership brings Kamengo’s specialist feeder and bulk solids handling technology to industries such as mining, minerals processing, aggregates, biomass, energy, recycling, and heavy industrial manufacturing, where acphieving consistent, reliable flow of difficult, abrasive, or cohesive materials remains a persistent operational challenge.
Kamengo is internationally recognized for its science‑based approach to handling materials that conventional equipment struggles with. Drawing on research inspired by the pioneering work of Dr. Andrew W. Jenike, Kamengo has demonstrated that while correct bin geometry is essential, feeder design plays an equally critical role in ensuring controlled, uniform discharge.
Jake Knowles, Director of Business Development at Kamengo Technology, commented: “We’re delighted to be partnering with Process Impact Ltd to represent Kamengo in the UK and Ireland. James and his team bring deep technical understanding of bulk solids handling and a strong reputation for tackling complex applications. This collaboration enables us to provide stronger local support while continuing to deliver engineered solutions to some of the toughest flow challenges our customers face.”
James Podevyn, Director at Process Impact Ltd, added: “Kamengo’s unique equipment fills a genuine gap in the market for materials that are inherently difficult to handle. Instead of managing symptoms such as ratholing, bridging, and erratic discharge, Kamengo feeders address flow problems at the source. We’re delighted to be bringing this technology to manufacturers across the UK and Ireland who continue to face persistent flow issues.”
About Kamengo Technology
Kamengo Technology specializes in feeders and storage systems designed specifically for difficult‑flowing bulk materials. Its feeder designs promote uniform withdrawal across the full outlet area, preventing compaction and uneven flow that commonly occur with conventional feeder arrangements. With more than 100 systems delivered worldwide, Kamengo equipment is trusted in applications involving abrasive, cohesive, and irregular materials where reliability is essential.
Process Impact Ltd helps manufacturers find the right solution for powder and bulk solids handling challenges. Independent by design, the company is focused on technical fit rather than standardized products—working across a range of proven technologies to ensure the most effective outcome for each application. With extensive experience in bulk materials handling, Process Impact supports clients across the UK and Ireland in improving flow reliability, process performance, and operational confidence.
