    James Podevyn is a seasoned expert in the field of material handling and processing solutions. As a driving force behind Spiroflow, James has dedicated his career to delivering innovative, efficient, and reliable solutions to businesses around the world. Since Spiroflow’s acquisition in 2022, James made the choice to set up Process Impact Ltd and focus his efforts towards Ireland, Northern Ireland, and mainland UK, where James has ties. The first principle of Process Impact was Spiroflow and its new sister companies.
  • Professional Background
    James began his career with a strong foundation in Design and Management, earning his degree from York St John University. He joined Spiroflow in 2011 and his passion for solving complex industrial challenges led him to specialize over the years in larger systems involving material handling systems and Global Key account management. Over the years, James has held various positions within Spiroflow. His deep understanding of the industry's nuances and his ability to anticipate market trends have positioned him as a thought leader in the field. He left Spiroflow as Co-Managing Director.

    As the founder of Process Impact Ltd, James brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table. Under his leadership, the company has flourished, representing top-tier brands such as Spiroflow, Cablevey, Kason, Marion, and DMN Westinghouse. James's vision is to provide tailored solutions that enhance efficiency, safety, and productivity for his clients.

    James believes in a customer-centric approach, ensuring that every solution is meticulously crafted to meet the specific needs of each client. His hands-on style and unwavering commitment to quality have earned him a reputation for reliability and integrity. He also holds a (L)ISP – Leader – Institute of Sales Professionals accreditation.

    James is an active member of several professional organizations within the material handling and engineering sectors. He frequently attends and speaks at industry conferences and events, sharing his insights and knowledge with peers and newcomers alike. James sits on the council for SHAPA – Solids Handling and Processing Association, an industry body of over 100 solids handling companies and has done for many years.

Stephen Bunn

    Stephen Bunn is a professional engineer with over 30 years of experience in the powder handling industry. Most recently, he worked as a Sales Support Engineer at Spiroflow, where he played a crucial role in bridging the gap between sales and design teams by providing technical expertise. Previously, Stephen held positions at DMN-Westinghouse, where he provided solutions for companies handling powder and granular materials, and at Flomat Ltd, where he managed large global contracts and custom equipment design. Stephen is skilled in project management, subcontractor coordination, and computer-aided design. His career highlights include helping companies standardize equipment, managing large contracts, and contributing to his company’s ISO 9001 accreditation. In his personal life, Stephen enjoys flying, fitness, and crown green bowling, where he has served as chairman of his local club.

    Atlanta joined Process Impact at the beginning of 2024. Since thenshe has been thriving in her role as Office manager, where she handles administrative tasks with dedication and efficiency. Her responsibilities range from coordinating marketing schedules and managing communications to ensuring a seamless operation to the Customers we serve and to the manufacturers we represent. She takes great pride in contributing to the success of the company through her organisational skills, attention to detail and drive for service excellence.

    Outside of her professional life, she is a devoted mum who loves spending quality time with her children.
